I love the energy I get from my diet.

I have been going raw for about four months now, and I can clearly see the difference in my days when I eat the most real FOOD.

Before I discovered this way of eating, I was a coffee addict. I always felt half alive, and at my worst point, I was drinking red bull, coffee, and five hour energy shots. It all made me feel my absolute worst. When I was consuming the standard american diet, only sleeping five hours at a time, and not being conscious of every single thing I ate, I consistently felt like I was just trying to keep my head above water.

Now, when I consume the greatest foods I can possibly find each day, I feel like I can get up early, workout, work for eight hours, come home, clean house, and do some yoga, or whatever I want! This is an amazing feeling to me, and something I have been searching for my entire adult life.

The effort to eat well gives IMMEDIATE results for me, because I’m not lying on the couch after a giant meal, trying to recover.

My food isn’t fighting me anymore. The things I eat immediately benefit my body, and waste is easily disposed of. With the standard way of eating, the body uses most of its energy to process it all! And before you know it, it’s time to eat again and start the whole process over.

Real food = Real life.
