I was thinking about a rafting trip the other day and my mind gave me this analogy. If you jumped into a river and started swimming upstream, even if you are fit or accustomed to swimming, you will tire from constantly fighting the flow. And if it’s a strong current, forget about it. Raw food has been like swimming with the flow. Even if I decide to be lazy and exert little effort I am still moving in the direction I need. The stronger the current the faster I move in the direction intended.
Faulty foods (processed anything) do not cleanly fuel the body and require all the more effort to stay fit.
