Almond Milk – too simple not to try!

1 cup soaked almonds*

3 cups water

Pinch of sea salt (optional)

3-5 dates to sweeten (optional)

Blend til emulsified then strain out the almond bits via cheese cloth, nut milk bag, or by any means you can.  It’s that simple!

Simply Raw

A Simply Healthy Choice to Milk

*To soak almonds, fill a jar 1/2 to 3/4 full with raw almonds then top off with water.  Soak for 12-24 hours (24 would be best) changing the water every 8-10 hours.

The milk will last up to 3 days refrigerated.  It taste’s great by the glass and adds zing to any smoothie, especially if you are short on coconut water.
