I usually start my day with a smoothie. The recipe below is the typical foundation so I thought I would share it. Nothing special here but sometimes you have to see the recipe in writing before trying it.
1 young coconut water (12-24 ounces)
3-6 bananas (organic if you got ’em)
Blend to your desire and drink the whole thing! No guilt!!
Create your fav – add cherries, blueberries (or any berry), kale, spinach, mango(s) etc, etc, etc.. Have fun and enjoy!

You can buy young coconuts at Whole Foods ($4/coconut) but for the best price, find an Asian market ($17/case -9/case) near you.
