I needed something quick and simple to eat today during CPR training.  So, I halved a cantaloupe, scooped the seeds out with a spoon and then used the spoon to eat it!  It was the perfect amount to satiate me through the training.

It’s its own lunch box, keeps the energy level’s up and takes longer to eat than prepare!  Win-win-win
